Portland Tulips Delivery

Beth at Sellwood was very helpful & patient with me as I worked with her to build a custom arrangement for dear friends who are grieving the loss of their precious dog, Sebastian (love you Sebby!). Delivery was prompt, flowers were fresh and beautiful and the arrangement brought some joy to 2 very sad girls. Thank you Sellwood, I know who I'll be ordering from in the future!
